Janis has been in our front office and assisting our team for 23 years. She loves the interaction with patients and coworkers, and likes to help them in any way she can. She cherishes being able to help patients feel confident about their care and providing them with a great experience every time they visit.
Just as much as she enjoys being in the office, she enjoys trips to Cabo San Lucas, spending time with her four grandchildren, her husband, and other family and friends. Working outside with her flowers is also a favored pastime.

Laura made her way to us from southern California 10 years ago. With seeing some patients every three months, Laura has developed a close relationship with many of them. Patients have teared up, cried, and hugged her in joy over the help and care they’ve received from her.
When Laura is not dispensing happiness in the office, she can be found camping, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, and traveling.

Luann has been interested in working in the dental field her entire life. She loves educating patients in the care of their teeth. Many people don’t realize that achieving good oral health is not as hard as they think it is. A little education, dedication and “elbow grease” are all that is needed to have a healthy mouth and teeth.
In Luann’s spare time she likes to go camping, horseback trail riding, and breaking, training, reining horses.

Diana spent the first 8 years of her life in Volgograd, Russia before moving to Spokane, WA were she did the rest of her growing up.
Diana appreciates the amazing group of people she works with, and says the successful results of each case could not be reached without the entire team. When she witnesses an exceptional outcome, she knows it took every person on the team to get there.
The best part of her job is seeing patients heal and become stable. The change is an individual, personal road for each patient. Diana is proud to be part of this positive effect – one mouth at a time. She also enjoys going on dental mission trips and helping the underserved, locally and abroad.
When Diana is not positively changing patients’ dental outlooks, she loves being outdoors in the great northwest, spending time with her family and two sons, working on her family-owned winery, sampling boutique wines and craft beers, and traveling – she’s been to 11 countries and would like to visit 60 more.

Hailing from central California, and being the recipient of a Most Likely to Induce a Group Hug award, Stephanie really loves the way her coworkers invest in one another as a team. Coming to work is a joy when you care and are cared about by your teammates. She works with the best group of people, hands down.
And she is there not only for her team, but also for her extended team of dental professionals. She’s ready and willing to listen and help people move forward with whatever they are working on. For example: While having coffee with a new hygienist, Stephanie and she began discussing patient education and how some people grow into adulthood without ever being taught basic hygiene skills.
Even though it might feel like every-day knowledge to dental professionals, they talked about what kind of approach to take to show compassion, knowing how vulnerable people can feel regarding those issues. Stephanie appreciated that she was willing to have a thoughtful conversation about how they treat patients and how it effects their connection as human beings overall.
On her off time, Stephanie likes being outdoors; camping; barbecues; impromptu harmonies; playing with her little dog, Jax; throwing the Frisbee; or a friendly game of ping pong and, of course, spending time with family and friends.
